Possible battery drain issue [FIX]

Pixel 7a latest stable (GOS 16 2026032001)
Had this phone for almost half a year, it was in good condition. After about 3 months started to have problems with battery drain. Phone lost about 6% 8 hours in idle. I've thought that's it's bcs of 120 apps, I've then disabled all of them except google services and system and it still was the issue.
Earlier I've tried to tinker with background play and mobile network settings "only lte" mode helped a bit.
After resetting everything except hard wipe battery drain ended and I now have the same longevity as when I bought it. There are definitely issues with either disable apps or network on aosp. At least these five resets helped me. Decided to post since no one talked about it.

Stock OS probably has better drivers from google.
I know that stockOS turns off 5G at opportune times for you to save on power. LTE only like you did will save power.

settings > battery > battery usage will help narrow down what is using up the battery.

You can select days or 1 hour intervals. Switch between app usage or system to get the full picture.

Keep in mind that the percentages between the 2 can't be compared. (E.g. if within 1 day, apps used 10% and system used 5% then 50% of both results in a different number)

We don't know how much system used and how much apps used.

Disabling every app was probably not necessary until further investigation was done.

6% / 8 hours in idle is normal for me. My consuption is about 40% for 24h, idle (receiving notifications), max 3 min screen time with parking app and maybe 10 min reading news.
