Couldn't install app

Hi everyone!
I'm having issue with installing APK file from Files app - I'm trying to install F-droid but all it does is it asks me if I agree with the risks, click continue, then it asks "Install this app?" click install - install bar flashes followed by "Couldn't install F-droid"
Any ideas what might be wrong? I have a second profile for google apps and stuff and it installs with no problem

It might be that this install conflicts with the one you try to do. Try uninstall the one in the second profile. Install in Owner if it works, then push that install into the second.
