You have to have google play services installed before installing the other apps like bluesky and liquipedia. I'd install the apps from the play store as well. So, if you installed bluesky and then google play services, then that's an issue. uninstall > reinstall
I saw 1 user have a better experience with notifications by having less instances of google play services on their phone. (e.g. google play services in owner, private space, and/or other profiles as well)
Bluesky and liquipedia are apps you downloaded and installed right? Not a PWA? (PWA is going to a website in vanadium or another browser. and then tapping on "add to home screen" or "install as app" or similar.)
Go to the app's info page (e.g. bluesky) > Notifications > expand each section > maybe you have some notifications disabled
Did you install a unified push app? (e.g. ntfy, gotify, sunup, nextpush)
Did you install these apps by pushing it to another profile? (in settings there is an option under 'users' or 'private space' called "available apps" and you select each app you want that profile to have that is currently on the owner profile)
