hacked but how

So I have been the target of relentless hacking/stalking of someone trying to scare me and leave me without privacy for years. i was recently harassed on a mobile game and i thought he found me through my wifi being hacked and pushing its own dns since i use a vpn. Well today i opened up a browser that i no longer use and shortly after, the game i got harassed on opens up. I am assuming my play store is just hacked because my boot key hash is fine? Also i am using the auditor that comes with the phone and im not sure how to read it and would like some help on that and some advice on what i can do.

many browsers open up to the last webpage you had open when you closed it.

you were on the game website, closed the browser, reopen browser, game website opens. No hacking needed.

Have you contacted the police? GrapheneOS isn't going to protect you from physical harm and such things often escalate to that eventually. If not I strongly urge you to do so.

i doubt the wifi thing is what happend

If you describe more in detail what happend, /symptoms someone might be able to help you somehow

but it does not sound like you have been hacked from the information you provided
