Hello everyone. I am trying to install Graphene OS on my Pixel 10a. Have someone else tried this yet? I am following the Web Installer procedure and at the Download Release step it says there is no compatible device found. Should I try the command-line procedure?

assuming you are using the original cable that shipped with the phone and the phone is in fastboot mode, is your computer even detecting a connection? if so what OS and browser are you using as those can play a part

Oh! the original cable. You're right. No, I don't use the original cable. Maybe I will borrow my wife's laptop: it has a USB C port. And it runs Windows instead of Debian, like my desktop. Or I will try to find the USB C to USB A adapter I have somewhere.

But, yes, I am in FastBoot mode and the cell phone was detected in the step before. I am using Brave browser and I think I have correctly disabled Brave Shields. And I have installed the android-sdk-platform-tools-common package on my Debian 12.

definitely give it a shot with the original cable and see if anything changes, that can cause more issues than you might think, nothing else should be of issue here

Success! Used my wife's Win11 laptop with original Pixel 10a USB-C to USB-C cable.
