Any known issues or permissions needed for WiFi list access?

I just installed a 3rd party app, PV pro for solar power monitoring.

When I get to the initial setup for setting up a WiFi network (for the monitoring device, not the phone) it keeps searching and saying 'Failed to get WiFi list'. My phone is connected to WiFi and I can see my system list from this location.

I've never used this app before, so can't speak to it much, but is there some permission or protection I'm not aware of GrapheneOS that might interfere with this?

Post the log under the apps info page. Should help pinpoint the issue. Double check there isnt any personal info, unlikely there is.

Novalissoide Thanks, yes to all of the above. It can communicate with the device fine, it just has trouble pulling the WiFi list from the phone it seems like.

SouthernPolish99 got it. And the Play Services is allowed those things as well? Including 'phone' permission.

I think its something with trying to connect to a temporary WiFi network for setting up the device. I never see the phone actually connect to that.

That and the app seems generally terrible. I'll keep working with it, but seems like its just going to be difficult. Thanks for trying to help.
