Can't get sandboxed Google Play store to update

Hey guys, I've tried everything to get my Google Play store to update. Right now I'm currently running version 49.7.20-31. I have battery on unrestricted, I have given the permissions for network, phone, sensors, and notifications for Google Play store and Google Play services. I've also tried clearing the cache and restarting the phone. What am I missing? Thanks in advance.

Just to be sure: This is to be done from your GrapheneOS App Store, not from Sandboxed Google Play Store itself.

This version seems up to date. At least on pixel 9 it is.
