Bug when trying to edit a screenshot after taking it

Hi there,
This has been happening to me for a while now.
Every time I take a screenshot (the thumbnail appears in the bottom left corner), when I tap it and try to edit it, it doesn't let me do it on the first try; I have to tap it many times, and it only lets me do it randomly.
At least on my device—I don't know if this happens to anyone else.
It’s a bug that’s been happening to me ever since I bought the device.
If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

If you don't have another gallery app, may I suggest either:

GOS's own, new gallery app will be a fork/improvement of this:
https://github.com/IacobIonut01/Gallery

Or
https://github.com/FossifyOrg/Gallery

You should replace many of the default apps like contacts or get a calendar app, etc.

Anyway, if you screenshot and push edit, does it let you select the new app? If not, go to the app info of the photo editor it would/does open and do "clear defaults" inside "open by default"

If you really like the picture editor that you've been using, try reinstalling it.

Okay, thanks a lot. I think I'll go ahead and download some alternatives.
That'll work better for me.
