In 2020 I bought a Pixel from Fnac to install Graphene, I have STILL NOT received it. I have complained and messaged them in 50 different ways, I even sent a REAL PHYSICAL LETTER as I was ILLEGALLY forced to do by the muppets at Fnac.
I have not received a refund still, constantly denied, the phone has yet not arrived.
What happened was I accidentally ordered incorrectly with some error I don't remember, so I immediately canceled, all fine, then make a new identical order, then when it reaches halfway in transit it also got canceled, and returned, then update to say delivery complete even though it said it was going backwards.
Then Fnac support keeps gaslighting me saying I received the phone and I am lying.
I saw a lot of people in my country saying Fnac works great for buying pixels on some android forum, so that's why I trusted it, NOT TO MENTION it is Frances BIGGEST technology/electrics chain!
I had to use Fnac as my country did not sell Pixels in 2020. I have still never got to try Graphene and been handing out my data like candy even still to this day to Android and Apple!! All because of Muppetnac
