Just to not give anything for granted, I would underline that you probably need to manually install the app from the play store in the same profile you want to use it, and not pushing the app through profiles.
This will give the app the possibility to run whatever has to run during installation phase.
If you notice, the installation requires a lot of time, and if you check the size of the app during this procedure, you will notice that the app is inflating a lot.
I think in this phase it's also doing some checks (?)
