Mobile Data keep turning on and off in a crowded area

Hello,

I am writing here because I've encountered a problem, where if I go to a more public area, the mobile data keeps turning on and off constantly. Thus, I had no connection to the internet. Up to now, I've used a second phone to hotspot my data to my Graphene one. My mobile data carrier is VodafoneCZ.

So far, I've tried to reset the phone's whole internet, add a new/replace AP of the carrier (information found on their website, did this twice), tried setting the data standard lower, disabled protections in order to get more connectivity, and changed all the checking (at least the ones in settings) against the GrapheneOS server. Plus some other stuff, but I don't remember those off the top of my head.

I will try and provide any other information necessary for my problem. Thank you for reading,

Options/toggles in your phone turn off and require you to turn them back on to receive data?

What I think you mean is this:
Many times I have been at large, special events & my phone has full bars for signal.
I cannot text, call, or use data. There's too many people around with phones all on the same cell tower.

In a standard, urban environment, data should work. Unless your carrier has poor coverage of the area or you're around difficult materials for cell signal like a metal warehouse. Windows are better for service.

It works in Urban areas, and starts constantly "rebooting" once in a more busy one. If I understood that correctly.
