Some apps do not use appropriate language

Hi there,
On my Pixel 7, some apps like Revolut or maps are in English despite the fact that the app language is French and my phone is in French too. Interesting: for Revolut, notification are in French but not the app itself (in English)...
Any idea why?

Go to system settings, languages, app languages and check what has been set

Sorry, but I've gotta say it now that I've thunk it.:) When I saw the title before I clicked on the thread, I was debating if this was about apps not using the right language (like English, German, French, etc.) or if apps weren't using the right language and constantly swearing at you for some reason. Just had to say it, because I can't unthink it now, lol

To a native english speaker, the title sounds like the GPS app is yelling obscenities and slurs.
