Hello anyone else have an issue where there notifications come in delayed (i.e they come when opening the app or opening your phone).
I have my settings correct and battery usage unrestricted. My friend who uses also Pixel has no problem. I checked and it seems FCM has an outage. Can anyone confirm this is the issue that is at play now?
