lcalamar Are you using a VPN and trying to connect to ssh servers in your local network? If yes, try disabling Settings -> Network & internet -> VPN -> your VPN connection -> Block connections without VPN. This setting must be off for local connections to work.
If the above doesn't help and if you use a VPN app (e.g. Mullvad app, Proton app, etc) check Split tunneling configuration in the app, white lists, black lists.
If I combine these two requirements I'm able to connect to ssh servers in my local network. If "Block connections without VPN" toggle is on, then I see the exact same "connect failed: EACCES (Permission denied)" error in connectbot.
The "Block connections without VPN" toggle turns on automatically when you create a VPN connection with a VPN app.
