After device unlock (2FA code), sometimes the device isn't unlocked, but no error in 2FA code, and the unlock code activity remains visible and the only option to continue is turn screen off then unlock with fingerprint again then enter 2FA code again. Is there anything log that I can save to help to solve this issue?
