Guraranteed way to buy global (with physical sim card slot) pixel 10 pro in USA?

Title is the question. I would really appreciate it if anyone who knows the answer could share.

Please don't suggest things that don't relate to my question, like saying global versions are bad, eSIMs are better, or suggesting adapters. I'm only looking for answers that directly help.

Why I'm asking: I'm living in the US for now, but I'll be moving somewhere where esims aren't common. I want to find a solution that won't cause problems later

It has a nano sim slot. Confirm which bands and sim card sizes are used in the region you wish to move to--Pixels don't have every band. Buy from the google store or best buy.

I'm pretty sure phones know to automatically utilize more/different wifi & cell frequencies abroad. But, I'm just a hermit that lives under a rock.
