Is my "degoogled" Motorola phone a "Certified Device"?

As I've mentioned before, a long while back I degoogled my old Motorola phone using ADB and Shizuku (yes I know its a security risk and I knew that when I did it. I did it only for fun and to try. I don't use that device for anything). Anyways, since I "degoogled" it (all I did was remove all google system apps and replace with open source apps), is it still considered a "Certified Android Device"? Reason asking is I wonder if some apps (like NewPipe) will stop functioning on it in September if its Certified. What do you think? Its an old phone that I just used to play around with, so if it doesnt work I don't care. Just curious what you think it'll do

nandohyphen1 Even if it is certified and has Google Mobile Services integrated, you will still be able to install unverified apps through Google's advanced flow which is being drafted. Sources that try to say "Google hasn't backed down" and that the advanced flow is fake are spreading FUD. You will still be able to use your favorite apps, including on an unmodified stock OS.

NoahRaketic nice! Yeah this phone sits in a drawer off 95% of the time, but it was a cool project to degoogle it. So I probably won't even use it, but its still good to know. :)

Source for that? What makes you think the "advanced flow" will be ready by September and not a year later or so?
