Pixel 9, was on 2026030200 now on 2026030700 (Beta). Problem persists on both versions.
Basically it takes 2-3 sec freeze to open the page to modify notification settings for apps.
It doesn't matter If i get there via Apps - tap on an app - tap on Notifications; or via Notifications - App Notifications - tap on an app name.
Same delay with all apps, from small apps (few mbs) to large apps (>1gb)
