JayJay From what kycnot.me provides there's only crypton.sh offering what you're looking for. It's shady and has lots of negative reviews, so not sure if you want to try.
I agree with @wizoatk that you're better off with a VOIP number (like jmp.chat) or a cellular number ported into VOIP (usually lasts months to years being treated as a cellular number before getting flagged by services avoiding VOIP) or get an eSIM or physical prepaid sim on a dummy phone you only use for SMS codes if you can afford this approach.
