I hated how I couldn't do some things on Bitwarden (was it to edit?) when I was offline, that is why I changed too.
It feels nice to have something lagfree that works offline.
I do think of using Bitwarden again though, to move newly created accounts and passwords from the phone to Laptop. As soon as I copied them into the Keepass database on Laptop, I can delete them from it again. Saves time instead of doing USB copies or other unsecure or inconvenient ways. (While being too lazy to set up a proper sync myself.)
I think editing passwords in on multiple devices without having a sync is a recipe for disaster to happen, as you could overwrite a new database accidentally.
