Phones calls have 2 possible outcomes--either it works or it doesn't.
You figured that the latter would be obsolete so that phone calls will never have an issue for the rest of our lives? The first phone call was in 1861 and there's still bugs today.
Lots of users that post here had to contact their carrier to do a reset on their account or something else unrelated to GOS.
A phone call could fail for a thousand different reasons, we don't know your specific issue. Post the logs for the phone application. Upload a photo of the error to an image hosting site if you think it'd help.
You didn't describe your issue. Do your phone calls always end exactly at the 5 minute mark? Are you calling a number in Sri Lanka when this happens and other numbers you call work?
