Alarm time no longer showing on lock scren after 2026030100

Hello,

After the update to 2026030100, I noticed that the upcoming alarm time no longer displays on the lock screen. I am using the default clock app and alarms work fine otherwise. Has anyone else notice the same behavior?

I assume this is related to this change:

SystemUI: migrate to the modern lockscreen infrastructure (smartspace) for showing lockscreen device status info to avoid many upstream bugs caused by AOSP still using the legacy lockscreen infrastructure no longer used on the stock Pixel OS (this allows us to revert a bunch of downstream fixes we were using)

2026030200 is in stable. I am on 2026030201

It shows the alarm time for me on the lock screen.

Is your alarm more than 12 hours away? Must be <12h

I noticed the same issue on a Pixel 8 Pro and 9 Pro XL after updating to 2026030100.

It looks like now it only shows up after enabling notifications on the lock screen. I'm not sure if this is intended or not. Before the update, it would show it even if the notifications were disabled.

What's odd is if you enable and disable the lock screen notifications the alarm time would show up until the next restart.

The same is happening on the current 2026030701.

Ruko Yeah, I've noticed this same behavior as well. Good to know I've not gone crazy. I might make a GitHub issue
