8 pro WiFi issues

Fresh install on 8 pro.
No WiFi networks available during setup.
Skipped
Went to settings
No WiFi networks available in settings.
Reset WiFi and network settings
Still nothing
Rebooted
Still nothing
Reflashed
Still nothing
What am I doing wrong or missing?

Re-flashed stock android and it still won’t find networks nearby. Must be hardware issue.

Their phone should list several WiFi networks to connect to. It shows zero WiFi networks near them.

Internet connectivity check: checks for an internet connection after connecting to a network like wifi, which hasn't connected yet

(Connectivity check also runs when checking for cell phone data internet access but thats separate from wifi issues)

D_Webb if its doing it on Stock, it could unfortunately be a hardware issue like @Johnnyloans said. Sorry about that. That really sucks. If you can, see if you can return the phone as defective and get a replacement, depending on where you bought it

Are you trying on one network? Do other phones/devices connect? If you go to Settings > Network & Internet > Internet Connectivity Checks is it set to either GrapheneOS Proxy or Google Proxy? It needs to be set to either one.
