Wake On Lan

Anyone have working app and/or settings for wake on lan protocol ?
With the vanilla OS i used "Wake On Lan" for MR-Webb.
I have tried to get all permissions, and even the "exploit protection compatibility mode", nothing work.
I have tried another app with same results.
