Finding PWA's

I was going to ask in a chat, but thought someone might find this later on and it be beneficial. In Vanadium, when you select "Add to Home Screen", is this creating a PWA?
Sometimes, im assuming after a specific type of update, they all disappear from the home screen. I think it would be nice having a list somewhere of 'installed pwa's', maybe inside bookmarks. Otherwise, one should bookmark the site (do it manually).

Is there a place to already find such a list? Are my assumptions correct that they're gone due to an update?

Seems like pinpointing the cause has not happened, as well as no current fix. For me, it happened a few times, then didn't for months. Now it happens frequently (every day past few days), idk of anything ive changed. PWAs in Owner via Vanadium are affected; PWAs in secondary via Brave haven't been affected.

Side note: affected, effected? I dont think ill ever remember proper useage.

ouch mate. I've had only 1 PWA on my homescreen and it survives everything I throw at it.

Affect is to cause or change something whereas effect is the result of something. You can look at the letters as indicators A comes before E and in the same way, you affect something before you can see the effect.
