Increase notification/polling speed?

Hello all,

I am on the Pixel10 and was wondering if there is a way to increase the speed at which I get notifications when I get new emails, texts, etc.

I do not care about battery life and it seems like all my apps can easily be unaware of new messages for an hour or longer (and then usually only when I lift the phone and then it vibrates after I have set it back down). In a perfect world I would be able to deem certain apps as high priority and want to know within minutes that something new has arrived.

Anyone know if there is anything I can do?

Each app that gets delayed notifications: Go to that app's info page > battery > unrestricted.

google play store or aurora store etc apps might need google play services isntalled in the same profile the app is in.

First, you need to give some details:
What app are you using for email?
Do you have Google Play Services installed with Internet permission given?
Did you set App Battery Usage to Restricted for these apps?
