How to stop update notifications from Owner profile in other profiles?

The title is misleading. Here's what I want:

I want all update notifications enabled in my owner profile
I still want to see notifications from other users in my secondary profile. I don't want to disable that.
While in secondary profile, I only want to be notified when an update is available. Not when failed to check or when device is already up to date.
Alternatively, I want the OS to stop checking for updates so often, especially when the device is already up to date.

I recently posted an issue about not getting update notifications in my owner profile. I had update notifications ("Device is already update to date" and "failed to check") disabled, so I enabled them, but forgot the reason why I disabled them in the first place, was because they keep sending me notifications to my secondary user.

My owner profile is spamming "Device is up-to-date" and "Failed to check" update notifications when I only want to see notifications when an update is actually available. But if I disable those notifications I won't know when a new one is available when I manually check.

gk7ncklxlts99w1 Only the notifications that appear on a profile's lock screen are sent to other users. So, if you set the Already up to date and Error reporting to Silent and block them from appearing on the lock screen, they won't be sent as notifications to other users.

You can also leave the Reboot prompt as-is; that way when you have silenced the other updater notifications and get a notification from System updater from the Owner profile, you know it's a reboot prompt for an update.

You can silence the update and error channel notifications in Settings > System > System updates > Notification settings > [Error reporting / Already up to date]. In there, set the notifications to Silent and Lock screen to Don't show notifications at all. That should silence the spam.
