trythis3 shes been stuck on Flashing Factory Images function. Shes stuck on "Restarting Device", and the little blue progress bar is only at the very beginning, not even a tenth of the way.
This is a connection problem. Either the cable or the port the phone is connected to is no good.

That won't happen. Your friend should try a different combination, remember you can use another Android phone as the host device.
