it seems like every account I create, ends up in review state and as a result, banned because of breaking Community Guidelines (this happens literally on the first day). So my doubt here is, is there any configuration that I'm missing which is causing IG to detect this, orrr might fall mostly on the activity that I'm doing on the acc only? what could be the possible solutions?
Have you read through the Community Guidelines they're referring to? You might find hints to what could be triggering your account deletions there.
I've only skimmed through it (I'm not an Instagram user), but chapters like
- Account Integrity
- Authentic Identity Representation
- Inauthentic Behavior
- Spam
sound promising to provide clues as to what might be triggering your accounts being banned:

If I had to give an uneducated guess, I would imagine that using VPNs, disposable email addresses or newly generated email addresses, previously used phone numbers (e.g. from pools), etc. could raise the chance of getting banned.
