I know this isn't what you mean, but any phone with 7 years of support has to have a replaceable battery for that claim of support to be meaningful.

Pixel batteries are replaceable. Repair shops can do it, and there are DIY kits available. Many people on this forum have reported successfully replacing their own battery. You do have to be careful, but it doesn't require any special skills.

But the answer to your real question is no.

If the phone model will be sold in Europe, the manufacturer must provide spare parts like batteries, screens and such for a period of 7-10 years after the model sale stopped.

But that doesn't mean that you can replace it easily, but at least repair shops will have OEM parts and no cheap fake batteries from China.
