No. Duress wipes are non - recoverable. Unfortunately you'll have to start fresh.

A Duress PIN will delete User data, profiles, esims, installed apps, photos, files, etc. After the reset has been performed, you will end up with GrapheneOS like you did when you installed it. Go through the welcome screen, be taken to the black homescreen with the system apps (Vanadium, contacts, messages, etc.) and have to set up everything new again. Have you read through this yet?

my phone just got wiped as well. at least i have only been using graphene os for two months. Welp, there goes my data.
I tried to open the private space in a secondary profile and my phone got wiped when i tried to enter the password. I have set up the duress pin two months ago. Fuck sake this kind of bug should not exist

Not possible. If you entered your real pin/password as your Duress pin/password, then no wipe would happen. See here: https://grapheneos.org/features#duress

Note that if the duress PIN/Password is the same as the actual unlock method, the actual unlock method always takes precedence, and therefore no wipe will occur.

I think one weakness of the whole process is, that when you set a (duress) password you aren't allowed to display it.

If you indeed need a longer password for your device, it can happen that you do the same mistake in password confirmation, effectively locking yourself out at next restart.
I get that people could use clipboard to paste passwords that are 30 or 50 symbols or longer - but then you are exchanging the security of not displaying your password with the security risk that your clipboard is configured/compromised, which I think is the bigger risk, even if both are very small.
