My phone was completely drained to 0%. When I plug it into the charger, it immediately tries to turn on, then shuts off again because the battery is still empty. This keeps repeating over and over
It doesn’t stay off long enough to actually charge, so it’s stuck in a power loop and won’t gain any battery percentage
