Verizon eSIM activation failing

Hi, I'm trying to transfer my esim from iOS to graphene and it's failing with "we're unable to activate your ESIM". My iPhone is deactivated during this process and android does not get the esim added.

Has anyone ran into this or is it documented which settings I should change? Not sure if I should order a physical SIM.

Do you have google play services installed on the owner profile and doing all of this on the owner profile?

yes, Google play and services both have sensor and network permissions as well. ESIM support is enabled

Note that if the eSIM installation process does not progress past the "Checking network info..." stage despite having a stable Internet connection, you may need to call the USSD code ##4636## and then enable DSDS in the menu that is presented.

If you can't get it working even after other replies here, try contacting your carrier or getting a physical sim

Johnnyloans yeah it's sounding like I may need to ask Verizon support for either physical SIM or a QR code. I'm not even getting to the point where the SIM appears in the android settings. APNs don't seem to appear for me, and I'm unable to dial that number to change the Dsds setting.

You should get the "Testing" menu
That works on my P9P with VZ eSIM

Maritime4165 thanks that brought me to the menu. DSDS is already enabled on my device though

Then you may need VZ level 2 support to "reactivate" your eSIM so your device can get it OTA. I had to do this recently after I reset GOS but inadvertently erased my eSIM (I was asked - my bad). When I called VZ I skipped the bot and asked for Tier 2 support once they confirmed me. The engineer I got was solid and had my eSIM restored in 20 minutes

Maritime4165 Yep, I was just chatting with the rep and they ended up sending me a QR code which worked! Not sure if there is something on the GOS end that is blocking OTA updates for newly installed eSIMs
