It has been a while since I used KeepassDX (it is a fantastic iteration) but in the settings there are options available to adjust that affect database load times such as parallelism and encryption rounds. I'd think that the app would ship with reasonable defaults - especially for a Pixel 10 - but try incrementally decreasing these one at a time.
TAKE NOTE that each time you make a change and save it, however long that save takes is the same length of time your database will take to load with your new settings. So you can adjust and test from that same menu screen until you land at a suitable spot.
Explanations and suggestions for each of these options are covered well if you search online. Please do be careful with your small adjustments: too much and you can freeze your phone..too little and you weaken your database security.
