But have you used appverifier? / are you generally using app verifier for installing apps, that are not in google play / aurora ?
I think the most likely explanations seems to be you installed them yourself or you have still something else installed that is not what you think it is
I would suggest you to look in the downloads folder/ in file explorer for any apks and if they are sus
And i would suggest you to check with app verifier exspecially microG and other non playstore apps, if they are "real"
And check in your permissons settings, if any app has permissons you would not exspect them to need, for example the permisson to install apps.
also i think i saw you having a flashlight app, pretty sure these are the most dangerous lol
