Car phone calls not working.

Hello,

I have a Pixel 10 Pro with GrapheneOS installed. When connected to my car, phone calls do not work. I hear no audio and the other end receives no audio.
Other media plays fine.
This happens via both Bluetooth and Android Auto.
Calls work when connected to other Bluetooth devices.
Calls worked on this car with this phone prior to switching to GrapheneOS.
I have enabled all the permissions for android auto in the app permissions and Sandboxed Google Play.
I have forgotten the car Bluetooth connection and the phone from the car, cleared the storage for android auto on the phone and car.

Any troubleshooting help would be appreciated.

M0ridin As a sanity check, did you remember to grant the car itself access to handle phone calls inside Bluetooth? You can check it in Settings > Connected devices > Saved devices > See all > [Your car here] > [Cog next to the device name] > Phone calls

MyIdentityIsntImportant Thanks, yes I've tried toggling off and on to try and get it to reset. So bizarre.
