Problem: a few apps cannot be opened from home screen.
When tapped on their icons on home screen, the prompt says "App not installed". But the apps are clearly there. I am able to open apps in app drawer. If i long tap the app icons on home screen, i can also open app info.
If seems the icons are not linked to apps. I tried to remove app icons from home screen and re-add, which did solve the problem.
Anyone know what caused it? I did recently delete a 2nd profile, but did not uninstall apps from it before deletion.
Pixel 9, latest GOS.
