Sidewaze I can confirm that removing Wireless Safety and Emergency app via ADB in ANY android os including Graphene does NOT STOP a Presidential Emergency Alert in Australia as demonstrated today during a Test.
You didn't need to do this. I simply turned all of the alert toggles off in all 3 of my profiles, and nothing came through.
