Is there any guides on how to create an anonymous Google account to use with sandboxed Play Store?

It is impossible to create an anonymous Google account in general so as such it can't be used with Google play sandboxed or not to answer your question as plainly possible.

Depending on the IP address you're behind, they might not even ask you for an SMS verification but try switching to another VPN server should they insist. I was able to create a couple of pseudonymous Google accounts right from the Play Store app on GOS.

Right. How do you ensure that your account stays anonymous after its creation? At some point through your own actions it will get linked to some of your previous IDs. I do not want to create an argument here, I just feel that it needs to be said.

Buy a gift card with crypto, buy burner prepaid phone with gift card at store, wear a mask and don't use your car to get to the store. Buy VPN with crypto, use public wifi in another town. Create account with prepaid phone.

Ask a friend to buy the phone, and pay them with cash. Create an account through a VPN. That's it. Both the phone and the account can be created as anonymously as you may want.

Also, Play Services can read your SIM's country code if the SIM card is in the device. For example, Google will know a +49 (Germany) SIM card is inserted but will not know the full number. I am not sure about eSIMs. Play Services can also see how much global empty storage space there is on the device.

Are you sure about this? From what I recall sandboxed google services should have no access to any sim information. So are you sure?

Apps can see some global info, including country code: https://grapheneos.org/faq#non-hardware-identifiers

Examples of the global OS configuration available to apps are time zone, network country code and other similar global settings.
