Good morning everyone,
I have been a long time lurker on this forum, and whenever I need advice on a specific topic, I developed the habit of searching for grapheneos _topic_ hoping to find relevant discussions here.
I noticed that the collective knowledge of the forum is spread among its users (as it should be, as each person brings their own unique skills and expertise).
However, I'm curious if there is a recommended "path" or a set of steps to follow for building a privacy focused mindset or an analytical approach, so I can rely less on others' patience and knowledge and become more self sufficient.
For example, if I wanted to compare two clients of the same service, what's the best method to determine which one is better from a privacy perspective? (This is just an example and it is not meant to be exhaustive, I am interested in general approaches and methodologies)
My goal is to develop a personal methodology that helps me make more independent decisions and, hopefully, contribute more effectively to the community in the future.
I understand this is a broad topic and will require significant study, but I am eager to put in the effort.
I'm committed to learn and share what I learn with others.
I already have some resources, such as this forum, PrivacyGuides, and others, but I still feel like I'm mostly absorbing knowledge from others rather than building my own analytical skills.
I'd love to hear your suggestions on where to start or what "journey" to take to deepen my understanding.
Thank you in advance for any guidance or resources you can share!
