Simyo (ES): no WiFi Call

Hello,
Simyo (ES) Network Operator is supporting WiFi Calls but, even if I enable WiFi calls at settings, WiFi calls aren't available.
I use 2 SIMs at my mobile, one with Simyo and the other one (a eSIM) with other Network Operator. The eSIM that isn't from Simyo shows 2 menus for WiFi calls: Calls preference (over mobile network or WiFi network) and Calls preference over roaming but the options from Simyo only offers the first menu (calls preferences) but Simyo (and other Spain Virtual Network Operators) needs to enable roaming. Maybe this is the origin of the problem?

Settings > Network and internet > Internet > 'cogwheel' > Carrier settings overrides > Wi-Fi calling availability > Forced available ?

Did you call Simyo and ask them whether they have enabled Wifi calling? At least with my provider, this had to be done first and then it immediately worked. Also I think some old phones can't do it. If I understood correctly, VoLTE capability is a requirement.

Yep, it says is enabled but ##4636##, at IMS info, says WiFi calls unavailable and VoLTE available

Novalissoide Yep I have tried but the only new option that appears is "force Calls over WiFi (calls will stop if WiFi connection lost)" but WiFi Calls are disabled at IMS settings
