I just noticed there's a bit on the contact page that's out of date. Here's a quote for context (no change needed here)
We no longer bridge our chat rooms across platforms and don't plan on adding it back so Discord and Matrix have entirely separate chat rooms.
Then further down, it says:
The experience on Discord is the best out of all the available options due to the way messages from the other platforms bridge to it, making it much easier to read.
Since they're no longer bridged this sentence should be changed or removed.
