juanon If you want to have profiles be unlocked first with a password, you'll have to set it up as your primary lock screen method in Settings > Security & privacy > Device unlock > Screen lock > Password in the profiles you want to be password-protected instead of with a PIN.
Now, after doing that, inside the profile you want to use fingerprint + PIN to unlock, go to Settings > Security & privacy > Device unlock > Fingerprint > Use fingerprint to > Unlock your phone, and then in the same settings page, go to Second factor PIN. In there, you can set up your profile to be unlockable with a fingerprint + PIN.
This setup is such that you first need to enter your long password on unlocking a profile for the first time, and then on subsequent unlocks you can use fingerprint + PIN (as long as the profile remains active and isn't put to rest).
