I’ve been told all my issues are “user error” and as there is no live help available, I’m really hoping there’s someone out there that can help me resolve one or more of these issues (I’m now aware that these phones are not a great choice for someone who is not tech savvy). Here are the issues I’ve faced so far:
1) unable to install WhatsApp
2) Aurora Store gone and can’t find another way to download apps. Internet browser not connecting to go and re-download Aurora
3) can’t scan QR codes
4) can’t access public internet (at hotel or airport. No issues with iPhone. Only the Three Cats phone.)
5) voice messages send as movie files
6) no voice to text??
7) can’t receive voice messages
These are the issues that are just off the top of my head right now. Literally, every single thing I do on this phone is like hitting a brick wall so I’d really love any help anyone can offer.
