Screen doesnt respond when folded and no option to reconnect to mobile network

Hi, since a few weeks I often experience my phone isn't responding to touch. I discovered that it when i unfold it, it does respond. Often this happens after a crash of the launcher. Since today the connection with my mobile network is lost. And I have no option the reconnect or re-add it as the menu option simply doesn't respond. Anyone else experiencing the same problems and does anyone know how to fix this?

I have the same outer screen issue. Furthermore, since the same patch I have two extra bugs:

The outer screen keeps showing the SIM pin input, although the SIM is already unlocked. Mixed with the outer screen not responding, it's unusable. To overcome this, I'm opening the inner screen, which always works fine, or restart the phone a couple of times, until it works for a while;
Instead of battery percentage a question mark is shown, so that the phone turns off unexpectedly.

I would also love to find or be able to help with a fix for the issue.

Update: Now the phone is booting into a blank screen. Recovery and Rescue modes do the same. Fastboot sees the device, but since the bootloader is locked, I can't save the data.
