VoLTE and VoWifi not working

Hello, I just got a new Pixel 9a and after verifying call/data on stock OS, I switched to GOS. My carrier is Mint, and now VoLTE and VoWifi both don't work, so I am stuck on 2g fallback. Data otherwise works normally. Any help is appreciated.

Phone: Pixel 9a GXQ96
Build: 2026020600
Carrier: Mint
Issue: When making/recieving a call with VoLTE or VoWifi (set to preferred) enabled, call immediately drops/goes to voicemail.
Troubleshooting steps tried: Restart, toggling airplane mode, remove and reinsert sim, reset mobile network options, checked APN, called Mint support and switched towers

Fixed VoLTE, ImsService had network disabled. VoWifi has no audio.

'Restoring network permissions for ImsService app (Settings -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy controls -> Permission Manager -> Network (Toggle "Show System" in the top right corner) -> ImsService -> Network -> Allow.) fixes everything immediately.'

Rookie mistake, restarted phone and VoWifi appears to be working normally now.

If you want to avoid future problems - do not mess with system app permissions.
GrapheneOS team advised about this many times.
