Can't calling and sending SMS

Hi!
When trying to call, I get error that the number I call does not exist and when I send SMS, it never arrives. Tough I can recieve calls and SMSes normally and cellar services work fine. Calling and SMS have never worked for me since I recently started using GrapheneOS.
I tried to change settings APN as described by my mobile provider Bob Slovenija (the default APN has obsolete parameters) but without success. Are there any other settings I should be aware of?

I am sure you did already, but just to be sure, did you try different numbers to see if you have a different behaviour?

Try also adding the national prefix (+xx) in front of the number.

In my understanding, if you receive a "nonexistant number" reply, you are reaching your provider correctly, but maybe someone else can confirm or disproof this thought.

Since outbound calls are also affected, this seems unlikely to be the issue.

I think your best course of action is to contact your carrier.

lackofhumor Yes, I tried many different numbers and all my contacts have country code on the beggining ;).
And since recieving and cellular services work for me, I am pretty sure I am connected/reaching to my provider. But "correctly"? – I am not sure :)

Did you try to call/text yourself using another number?
Will putting the SIM in another phone allows you to make a phone call?
