Notifications from the program are not displayed on the lock screen and there is no sound signal. This is an house alarm program, notifications are critical.. If I unlock the phone and go inside the program, then notifications are shown
I have checked:

2. All Notifications on
3. Mobile wifi data background data on, unrestricted data usage on
4. Allow background usage on, unrestricted
5. Exploit protection compatibility mode on
