Server Problem, Unable to fetch the List of apps

Hello,

I have a problem and I need your help please.
The problem came after an update a few weeks ago.

Has the server address of the apps changed? Can I change the address myself?
what is the new address?
Is the problem with me or with the server?

The apps are also updated after the system update, aren't they?

Here is the error message.

Connection to the server has timed out.

Details:
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: failed to connect to apps.grapheneos.org/2001:41d0:304:200::a687 (port 443) from /fd00:1:fd00:1:fd00:1:fd00:1 (port 45964) after 10000ms

Based on your Pixel 6 tag, this is happening on a Pixel 6? I also have a Pixel 6 and haven't had this issue.

First, can you confirm a couple things?

What version of the OS are you running? Settings > About phone > Build number
If your phone is up to date, the build should end with 2023012500.
What version of Apps are you using? Settings > Apps > All Apps > Apps.
At the bottom, you'll see a line that says "version", which should be version 14.

If either Apps or the OS are out of date, then try updating your phone first. If so, try restarting and checking for updates again from Settings > System > System update> Check for updates

If both are up to date, does Apps have the network permission? Or do you have an ad-blocking DNS server set up, a VPN or something like NetGuard running? Have you also tried loading Apps on other networks?

thanks you gave me the right tip. So simple and I so stupid.
the problem was with Netguard. apps was blocked. I did not think about that. I've been using Netguard since I started using graphenos. there were never any problems so I didn't think about it.
