I'm new to GOS and gradually learning its features. Originally I played around with Pixel 6a and now migrated to 9a. During that time I created multiple profiles and backup them all. After getting new phone I restored from backup and still went through lots of changes to set GOS as I like. This includes, PIN, various settings, apps settings, credentials, etc. This brings me to my question: what is written in GOS backup file? I see option to backup up apps and files. The former is more or less clear even though it is not clear how many copies of apps is backed up, one per profile, one for all system. The latter is even less clear as I was forced to restore all credentials, settings in almost all apps. My question here is simple I just to understand the internal details of how backup works and in which situation it is useful. For instance, in backup system page it says beta for backing up files. Does it means application files or files on on file/profile system. Does back stores configurations of apps, credentials, etc. It would be extremely useful to know and have a documentation about that. Does it useful to backup individual profiles or not, if yes what benefits it gives me if all my apps are owned by Owner and I can simple toggle the ones I need to individual profile. How often I need to make backups? Should I treat them as only apps backups or eventually other details will be preserved.
